Since 2003, Chef Cari has been creating culinary delights for both private and corporate clients, throughout Detroit Metro, Ann Arbor and the Greater Toledo area.
Chef Cari Herskovitz graduated from the Natural Gourmet Cookery Institute for Food and Healing in New York in 2000. The following year, she cultivated her skills with the natural and healthy culinary techniques while working with some of New York’s finest foodies. During that time, her gastronomy delighted folks such as Lenny Kravitz, Ralph Lauren, Candice Carpenter, Chrissie Hynde (from the rock group, The Pretenders), Ethan Bortnick, Reva La Sheva and Elie Wiesel. Upon her homecoming to Michigan, her culinary expertise graced the menus of many fine restaurants in the Metro Detroit area. She founded CHEF CARI KOSHER CATERING in 2003. Chef Cari always strives to provide her clients with simple and health-conscious cuisine.
Chef Cari is known for custom menus. All of our events are off-site and Chef Cari has experience at venues of all kinds. Whatever the style and size of the venue, Chef Cari can tailor a menu to delight your guests. Our events are specifically prepared to suit your particular occasion.
